દોહા
શોભા સાગર સુખ સદન,1 રમા રમણ ઘનશ્યામ ।
કંદર્પદર્પ2 વિમોચન, પરમ પુરુષ અભિરામ ॥૧॥
રાજત મસ્તક દિવ્ય અતિ, કિરીટ3 મુગટ કમનીય4 ।
અતિ ચતુરાઈએ જુક્ત છે, શોભા સરસ બનીય ॥૨॥
નાના રત્ન વૈદૂર્ય5 મણિ, કૌસ્તુભ6 સ્ફટિક પીત7 ।
ઇન્દ્રનીલ મરકતમણિ, મણિગણ કણ અગણિત ॥૩॥
ગજમોતી ઘણા છીપસુત, પન્ના પિરોજા લાલ ।
વર પોખર માણિક મધ્યે, કંચન જડીત પ્રવાલ ॥૪॥
ચોપાઈ
એવી શોભા મુગટની જોઈ રે, રહ્યાં મુક્ત તણાં મન મોઈ રે ।
એવો મુગટ ધર્યો છે માથ રે, રૂડા શોભે છે મુક્તોના નાથ રે ॥૫॥
કર્યું કેસર તિલક ભાલ રે, વચ્ચે કુંકુમ ચંદ્રક લાલ રે ।
શોભે અધર8 અરુણ9 પ્રવાલ10 રે, મૃગમદની11 ટીબકડી છે ગાલ રે ॥૬॥
શરદઋતુતણું જે કમળ રે, પરમ પુનિત અરુણ અમળ રે ।
તેની પાંખડી સરખાં શોભિત રે, અણિયાળાં લોચન ચોરે ચિત્ત રે ॥૭॥
નેણે વરષે અમૃત અવિનાશ રે, કરે પાન નિત્યે નિજદાસ રે ।
નીરખી નેણાં તૃપ્ત ન થાય રે, તેમને કલ્પ12 પલક સમ જાય રે ॥૮॥
શોભે ગલુબંધ કૌસ્તુભ મણિ રે, શોભા સરસ જોયા જેવી બણી રે ।
રૂડું સરસ સુગંધિમાન રે, એવું શીતળ ચંદન ગુણવાન રે ॥૯॥
તેણે ચરચ્યાં છે સર્વે અંગ રે, નીરખી લાજે કોટિ અનંગ13 રે ।
એવી શોભાને ધરતા શ્યામ રે, પુરુષોત્તમ પૂરણકામ રે ॥૧૦॥
આજાનુ ભુજા14 અભિરામ રે, બાંધ્યા બાજુ શોભે સુખધામ રે ।
મણિ નંગ જડિત બાજુ રાજે રે, જોઈ કોટી રવિ શશી લાજે રે ॥૧૧॥
કર પોંચી કનક કડાં શોભે રે, વેઢ વીંટી જોઈ મન લોભે રે ।
ઉર ઊતરી મોતીની માળા રે, શોભે રાજીવનેણ15 રૂપાળા રે ॥૧૨॥
જોઈ શોભા અંગોઅંગ તણી રે, થયો મૂર્છિત રતિનો ધણી16 રે ।
મલ્લિકા માલતી રાય વેલી રે, જાઈ જૂઈ ને ચંપા ચમેલી રે ॥૧૩॥
કુંદ કેતકી બકુલ ને નૂત રે, પોપ17 પારિજાત પ્રસુત રે ।
નવ કંજ કેસર સેવતી રે, ગુલછવી ગુલદાવદી અતિ રે ॥૧૪॥
એવાં પુષ્પ સુગંધી સાર રે, ગણતાં ન આવે વાર ને પાર રે ।
એનાં ભૂષણ રચિ અતિ ભારી રે, પૂજે રાધા રમા18 સુકુમારી રે ॥૧૫॥
એવી શોભાને ધરતા દયાળ રે, શોભે ભક્તતણા પ્રતિપાળ રે ।
ગ્રહી કર વર વેણુ19 મુરારી રે, ધરી અધર મધુર સ્વરકારી રે ॥૧૬॥
કરે મધુરે મધુરે સ્વર ગાન રે, સુણી શ્રવણ છૂટ્યાં મુનિધ્યાન રે ।
સપ્ત સ્વર સરસ ત્રણ ગ્રામ રે, એકવીસ મૂર્છના વિશ્રામ રે ॥૧૭॥
તાલ કાળ માન ગતિ જાણી રે, બાવીશ સુરતિના ભેદ આણી રે ।
આરોહી અવરોહી લે છે રે, અસ્તાઈ સચાઈ કે’ છે રે ॥૧૮॥
છો રાગ ને બત્રીશ રાગણી રે, છત્રીશ કે’ છે કવિ ભણી રે ।
તેના નામ રીતુ સ્વર તાલ રે, વસ્ત્ર ભૂષણ રૂપ રસાલ રે ॥૧૯॥
એમ વેણુમાં ગાયે વિહારી રે, સુખ આપે છે શ્રી ગિરિધારિ રે ।
એમ ગોપ ગોપીના નાથ રે, શ્રીદામાદિ સખા છે સાથ રે ॥૨૦॥

Ati chaturāie jukta chhe, shobhā sarasa baniya… 2
The silver crown on your head looks divine, and his crown shaped like a pān leaf if enchanting.

Nānā ratna vaidurya mani, kaustubha sfatika pita.

Kara ponchi kanaka kadā shobhe re, vedha viti joi mana lobhe re.
Ura utari motini mālā re, shobhe rājiva nena rupādā re… 12
His hands are glowing with golden bracelets; his rings on his fingers are so attractive.
The necklace of precious stones reach his heart; his beautiful eyes appear attractive… 12
Joi shobhā ango-anga tani re, thayo murchhita ratino dhani re.
Mallikā mālati rāya veli re, jāi jui ne champā chameli re… 13
Seeing such attractiveness of each part of Maharaj’s body; Kamdev has become unconscious.

Kunda ketaki bakula ne nuta re, popa pārijāta prasuta re.
Nava kanja kesara sevati re, gula-chhavi guladāvadi ati re… 14

Kare madhure madhure svara gāna re, suni shravana chhutyā muni dhyāna re.
Sapta svara sarasa trana grāma re, ekavisa murchanā vishrāma re... 17
He plays sweet and melodious notes from the flute; upon hearing this, sages lost their concentration in meditation.

Tāla kāla māna gati jāni re, bāvisha suratinā bheda āni re.
