Gadhada I-74: Understanding Is Measured in Times of Hardship

- When one encounters vishays or encounters times of hardship, then the extent of one’s vairagya and one’s understanding can be measured.
- Understanding of God’s doer-ship:
- One should remain happy if God seats us on an elephant or a donkey.
- Satsang grows according to the wish of God, so one should not harbour grief or joy.
- One should worship God remaining dependent on Him.
