Gadhada I-35: Safeguarding One’s Liberation
Summary
- Despite being intelligent, if one perceives faults in God or His great Sant:
- Then his intellect is polluted.
- He is incapable of walking on the path of liberation.
- Despite having little intelligence, if it is not polluted, then he will safeguard his liberation.
- One whose intellect is polluted on demonic:
- Wherever he takes birth, he will always malign God or His devotees.
- Even if someone were to listen to his talks, the listener’s mind would also fall back from Satsang.
- Even the virtues of God and His devotees appear as faults to him.
- He becomes the king of some demons and worships God through animosity.
- If one does not keep anger, arrogance, jealousy, and deceit with God or His Sant, his intellect will not become demonic.
