Vartal-6: Chimanrāvji’s Question

Summary

1. During the period of creation, God, who is the giver of the fruits of karmas, gives the jivas residing in māyā their bodies according to their karmas.
2. The kāran body:

1. The sthul and sukshma bodies reside in it like seeds.
2. It is the form of ignorance, eternal, and retention of the sanchit karmas.
3. The jiva and the kāran body have an eternal relationship.

3. Of the strength of kal, karma, and the will of God – the predominance of these should be considered according to the circumstances [but the predominance of one should not be applied in every circumstance].
