Gadhada II-29: The Characteristics of One Who Is Attached to God
Summary
- Characteristics of one who is attached to God: if one is exhausted from a prolonged walk, if one is suffering from an ailment and does not have the strength to sit upright, or if one is insulted, or if he appears to be totally engrossed in the wealth and property he has attained; even so, the moment he hears talks of God, he behaves as if nothing happened.
- The means to become firmly attached to God:
- Strong sanskārs from previous lives.
- Serving the Sant who has such firm attachment with God.
