Loya-2: One with Faith, Gnān, Courage or Affection
Summary
- There are four types of devotees of God who do not fear death and who feel completely fulfilled in this very life:
- One with faith [vishvās]: He has established absolute faith in the words of God and His Sant.
- One with gnān: He has the strength of ātmā-realisation and believes, “I am brahmaswarup and a devotee of God.”
- One with courage: All of his indriyas and antahkaran tremble with fear. He is not afraid of anyone and does not transgress any of God’s injunctions in any way.
- One with affection: He has the inclination of a faithful wife – his vrutti is not drawn anywhere except in God.
- A cause may be small and subtle, yet it is still capable of producing a vast effect.
- God appears like a human being, yet He is still the cause of everything and extremely powerful.
