Gunātitānand Swāmi said, “Only devotion offered after fully recognizing the form of God is accepted as devotion by God. And without fully recognizing God, it is as though we are trapped and forced to perform some work. Service performed without recognizing God cannot be called devotion.” Then he had Vachanāmrut Gadhadā I-37 read.
ગુણાતીતાનંદ સ્વામી કહે છે, “ઓળખીને તેની ભક્તિ કરે તેને ભગવાન ભક્તિ માને છે, ને ઓળખ્યા વિના તો ‘આવી ફસ્યા તેથી ક્રિયા કરવી પડે’ તેવું છે. પણ ઓળખ્યા વિના સેવા કરે તે ભક્તિ ન કે’વાય.” તે ઉપર પ્રથમનું સાડત્રીસમું વચનામૃત વંચાવ્યું.
