North American Adhiveshan 2025

Introduction

Adhiveshans have been a proud tradition of the BAPS Sanstha. Initiated during the time of Brahmaswarup Yogiji Maharaj, these Adhiveshans have served as a beacon for the spiritual development of countless devotees. They deepen one’s understanding of sampradāyik knowledge, clarify the principles of Satsang, and provide an excellent medium for karyakar development.

Through Adhiveshans, talents such as reading, public speaking, networking, and writing are nurtured and developed. Moreover, they foster an environment of samp and strengthen our Satsang asmitā. The Adhiveshans held in North America in 1996 and 2015 stand as evidence of this tradition.

To extend these benefits to haribhakto across North America, the Adhiveshan for 2025 has been planned after a gap of ten years. This rulebook has been prepared to explain the various competitions and their guidelines for participants.

Guruhari Pramukh Swami Maharaj used to say, “Shraddhā ane utsāh safaḷatānī be pānkha chhe.” (Faith and enthusiasm are the two wings of success). Let us prepare with faith and enthusiasm, striving for the ultimate success of pleasing Guruhari Mahant Swami Maharaj and earning his innermost rājipo.

પ્રાસ્તાવિક

અધિવેશનો બીએપીએસ સંસ્થાની એક ગરવી પરંપરા રહી છે. બ્રહ્મસ્વરૂપ યોગીજી મહારાજના સમયથી શરૂ થયેલા અધિવેશનો અનેક હરિભક્તોના આધ્યાત્મિક ઘડતર માટે દ્યોતક (બીકોન) બન્યા છે. સાંપ્રદાયિક જ્ઞાનનું ઊંડાણ અને સત્સંગ સમજણની સ્પષ્ટતા આપતાં આ અધિવેશનો કાર્યકર ઘડતર માટેનું પણ ઉત્તમ સાધન બન્યાં છે. અધિવેશનો દ્વારા હરિભક્તોમાં વાંચન, પ્રવચન, સંપર્ક, લેખન અને અન્ય પ્રતિભાઓનું (ટેલેન્ટ) પોષણ અને સંવર્ધનનો હોલા ઉપાડ થાય છે. અધિવેશન દ્વારા સર્જાતો માહોલ સંપ અને સત્સંગની અસ્મિતાને સુદૃઢ કરે છે. નોર્થ અમેરિકામાં ૧૯૯૬ અને ૨૦૧૫માં થયેલા અધિવેશનો તેનાં સાક્ષી છે.

અધિવેશનના આવા ઘણાં પ્રયોજનોનો લાભ નોર્થ અમેરિકાના હરિભક્તોને થાય તે હેતુથી દસ વર્ષ પછી વર્ષ ૨૦૨૫માં અધિવેશનનું આયોજન થયું છે. અધિવેશનની વિવધ સ્પર્ધાઓ અને તેના નિયમોની સમજૂતી આપવા માટે આ નિયમાવલિ તૈયાર કરવામાં આવી છે.

ગુરુહરિ પ્રમુખસ્વામી મહારાજ કહેતા: “શ્રદ્ધા અને ઉત્સાહ સફળતાની બે પાંખ છે.” તો ચાલો, શ્રદ્ધા અને ઉત્સાહથી અધિવેશનની તૈયારીમાં મંડી પડીએ અને પ્રગટ ગુરુહરિ મહંતસ્વામી મહારાજના રાજીપારૂપી સફળતા મેળવીએ.
