॥ શ્રી સ્વામિનારાયણો વિજયતે ॥
॥ સત્સંગદીક્ષા ॥
आज्ञायाः पालने नित्यं सोत्साहं तत्परो दृढः।
निर्मानः सरलो यश्च कुर्यात् तत्सङ्गमादरात्॥ २३१॥
આજ્ઞા પાળવામાં જે સદાય ઉત્સાહ સાથે તત્પર હોય, દૃઢ હોય; જે નિર્માની તથા સરળ હોય તેનો સંગ આદર થકી કરવો. (૨૩૧)
One should respectfully associate with those who always eagerly follow commands with enthusiasm and determination, and are humble and cooperative. (231)
हरेर्गुरोश्चरित्रेषु दिव्येषु मानुषेषु यः।
सस्नेहं दिव्यतादर्शी कुर्यात् तत्सङ्गमादरात्॥ २३२॥
ભગવાન અને ગુરુના દિવ્ય તથા મનુષ્ય ચરિત્રોમાં જે સ્નેહપૂર્વક દિવ્યતાનું દર્શન કરતો હોય તેનો સંગ આદર થકી કરવો. (૨૩૨)
One should respectfully associate with those who lovingly see divinity in both the divine and human-like actions of Bhagwan and the guru. (232)
तत्परोऽन्यगुणग्राहे विमुखो दुर्गुणोक्तितः।
सुहृद्भावी च सत्सङ्गे कुर्यात् तत्सङ्गमादरात्॥ २३३॥
સત્સંગમાં જે મનુષ્ય અન્યના ગુણો ગ્રહણ કરવામાં તત્પર હોય, દુર્ગુણોની વાત ન કરતો હોય, સુહૃદભાવવાળો હોય તેનો સંગ આદર થકી કરવો. (૨૩૩)
One should respectfully associate with those in satsang who eagerly imbibe the virtues of others, never speak about others’ flaws and keep suhradbhāv. (233)
लक्ष्यं यस्यैकमात्रं स्याद् गुरुहरिप्रसन्नता।
आचारेऽपि विचारेऽपि कुर्यात् तत्सङ्गमादरात्॥ २३४॥
જેના આચાર તથા વિચારને વિષે ગુરુહરિને રાજી કરવાનું એકમાત્ર લક્ષ્ય હોય તેનો સંગ આદર થકી કરવો. (૨૩૪)
One should respectfully associate with a person whose conduct and thoughts aim solely to please the guru. (234)
स्वसंप्रदायग्रन्थानां यथाशक्ति यथारुचि।
संस्कृते प्राकृते वाऽपि कुर्यात् पठनपाठने॥ २३५॥
પોતાની શક્તિ અને રુચિ પ્રમાણે સંસ્કૃત તથા પ્રાકૃત ભાષામાં પોતાના સંપ્રદાયના ગ્રંથોનું પઠન-પાઠન કરવું. (૨૩૫)
One should study and teach the Sanskrit or vernacular texts of one’s Sampraday according to one’s abilities and preferences. (235)
